We started this as a way to teach our oldest kids entrepreneurial skills. We plan to bring on more teens from the community as we grow, and turn it into something bigger. When one of the kids is along, the job is a chance to teach them to price work honestly, show up when they said they would, and stand behind what they finished. The landscaping pays for itself. The point is what happens to the kids.
